Our full service begins 8 weeks before your wedding, but we’re happy to offer ad-hoc advice, support, and vendor recommendations anytime. We start by diving into your plans—using a comprehensive details document that captures your vision, logistics, and must-haves. This helps us spot any gaps, suggest improvements, and make sure every part of your day fits together perfectly.

Step 2: The Pre-Wedding Alignment

As your wedding approaches, we step in fully. We’ll visit your venue, run a detailed planning session, and map out every moment. Then, we create a bespoke, minute-by-minute timeline that syncs with all your suppliers, ensuring everything flows seamlessly. Step 3: The Wedding Day Takeover

On your wedding day, we’re the first to arrive and the last to leave. We manage the setup, décor, and every tiny detail.
